Threading Animals - Miniland

The Animal Lacing game by Miniland is a pedagogical tool designed to foster children's integral development through manipulative play. Made of flexible, durable, and safe plastic, this set includes figures representing different animals, allowing little ones to practice lacing skills while exploring shapes, colors, and textures in an autonomous and fun way.

The main activity consists of threading the laces through the holes in each figure, completing the animal's outline. This seemingly simple exercise is highly beneficial for child development, as it strengthens hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, the pincer grasp, and movement control—essential abilities for daily tasks such as holding a pencil, buttoning clothes, or handling small objects.

Furthermore, Lacing Animals – Miniland is especially recommended for children with special educational needs, as the activity promotes concentration, improves motor planning, and provides a calm environment where the child can work at their own pace. It also contributes to the development of spatial perception, sustained attention, and the resolution of small challenges, strengthening self-confidence.

The animal-shaped figures are visually very attractive and encourage the identification of each species, enriching vocabulary, oral expression, and symbolic play. Children can name the animals, imitate their sounds, or invent stories related to them, thus fostering creativity and language skills.

This set is recommended for ages 3 and up and includes 8 pieces and 10 colored laces, with a thickness suitable for small hands and very easy to handle. Its versatility allows it to be used both in educational settings, such as classrooms and therapy centers, as well as at home, making it an ideal resource for guided activities or free play.

Lacing Animals - Miniland is, without a doubt, a complete, durable, and practical educational material that combines learning, sensory stimulation, and fun in an activity that little ones will enjoy again and again.
